Pretty Damn Sweet developed a multi-screen opening film for .conf ‘23, hosted by SPLUNK. The event held at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas, brought together over 6,000 security, IT and DevOps representing many of the world’s largest and most complex organizations who rely on Splunk to keep their mission-critical systems secure and reliable. It was the 20th anniversary of the conference, marking two decades worth of data-driven transformation for the software giant.

Our task was to create a memorable opening splash to kick off the week while capturing the story of the brand, where it started and what lies ahead. Spanning across a massive room, we took full advantage of the multi screen format to tell several stories in parallel using a mixed media approach with footage and integrated graphic elements weaving across the screens.
